Just Bee Psychotherapy is a growing private practice based in Northfield, Minnesota, serving individuals through in-person sessions and telehealth (when appropriate). Therapist Jobs in Minnesota (Northfield) + Remote Opportunities

We’re currently welcoming applications from clinicians who are:

  • LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LADC (or pre-licensed working toward independent licensure, if applicable)

  • Interested in working with adults, college students, children, families/couples.

  • Comfortable providing evidence-based therapy such as attachment-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based practices.

  • Open to a mix of in-person sessions in Northfield and/or telehealth sessions (based on office availability)

    • Recovery support (substance use, sobriety maintenance)

Position Options
Depending on your licensure and goals, roles may include:

  • 1099 Independent Contractor Therapist

  • W2 position for pre-licensed individuals and intern/practicum students only

  • Hybrid In-Person + Telehealth
